2. What if parents are still being blocked from my Inbox after I've put them in my "Trust List"?


1. Look at the left side of your GroupWise e-mail, and RIGHT-click on "Junk Mail."
2. LEFT-click on "Junk Mail Handling."
3. On that screen you should see some checked little white boxes.
4. UNcheck the one that is right before this sentence: "Enable Junk Mail using personal address books. Mail from addresses not in personal address book (Including Frequent Contacts) will be placed in the Junk Mail folder."
5. Now left-click on the word "Apply" at the bottom, and then the word "OK" at the bottom.

3. Viewing the Spam Email Summary reports - SPAM filter "Total Traffic Control - Lightspeed"

1. Open your "Spam Mail Summary" email
2. Click View (on the top menu bar) > click HTML if it is not already your default view
3. Scan the list to see if there is a blocked email that you want
4. Click either "Forward" or "Whitelist" to have a particular email delivered to your mailbox; Click "Blacklist" for any that you want marked as spam

IF for some reason -- you want to review all the CURRENT messages being held as spam, you will notice in your "spam mail summary" email the sentence -- "To view CURRENT messages held as spam click here."When you click the link, you have to type in your email address and a password. To find out what your password is -- do the following:

1. Open your "Spam Mail Summary" email
2. Click View (on the top menu bar) > click Plain Text
3. You will see your password about the 4th sentence down....
4. Copy this password
5. Click the hyperlink to access the Spam web site
6. Type in your email address and the password
7. You should see your Spam Mail Only Report via web access
8. There is an option to change that password - click the "Change Password" tab and type what you would like for your password to be (remember it!)
9. There is also the option of marking any emails "Not Spam"
